What is the best loft insulation material?

Certainly the best loft insulation for all round performance and true breathability; we would recommend Thermafleece British sheep’s wool insulation. However a cost effective alternative to traditional insulation (with a well ventilated roof); we would recommend SupaSoft recycled plastic bottle insulation.
