Delivery options exclude Bank Holidays and weekends.
Most of our insulation products will be delivered on a pallet. We will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a suitable date. Please put a contact number when giving your details on our payment page.
Carriage charge estimates are available within the shopping basket and can be checked as you browse the site.
Highlands and Islands:
We are happy to arrange delivery to the Highlands/Islands including Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey. Call us on 01768 485050 and we will work out the best price for you.
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Natural Insulations should be contacted to request cancellation and refund.

If you receive the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery please do not unpack the goods when they are received.
All items must be returned along with their original packaging, and sent back to us by secure carrier at your own cost.
Once returned goods have been received back at the Manufacturer’s warehouse in a saleable condition any sums debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account.
