Delivery and Returns
Typical Lead Time is currently 3 to 5 working days (January 2022). The majority of our product is in stock at all times. For larger quantities lead time is 5 – 7 working days, please phone if specific dates are required for your project.
Next day delivery is available please contact us for details.
We do aim to deliver within the specified delivery timescales but please be aware that the hauliers are under immense pressure at the moment. Please take this into account when planning your work and booking trades-people.

All delivery charges included in the final shopping basket are based on delivery to mainland UK only.
Most of our insulation products are delivered on a pallet. You will be contacted once you have placed your order to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please provide a contact number when placing your order.
Highlands and Islands:
We deliver to the Highlands/Islands including Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands. Please contact us for details.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a full refund of the goods, please ensure the goods are returned to us within 14 days of cancelling your order. The original cost of delivery is non-refundable.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return unwanted or surplus products. All goods must be returned at the customer’s expense and returned items must be undamaged and in their original packaging with the customer name, postcode and order number prominently displayed.
We will provide you with a full refund of the cost of the goods within 14 days of receiving the returned items in our warehouse.
